The non-profit organization Angels of the Country was established following the inaugural Women’s Economic Forum in November 2015, uniting accomplished women from both business and government sectors. Within a month, six founding members officially registered the organization with the aim of harnessing individuals’ potential to foster positive transformations. The mission of Angels of the Country is to empower Ukrainian women, fostering the creation of a robust social economy and advancing social enterprise development.
Through the application of Lean Management, Value-Oriented Management, Project Management, and other contemporary management methodologies, we aspire to support women, youth, and communities across Ukraine. Examples of projects that have been implemented in Ukraine:
- Heart of an Angel: new arrivals for 100 children displaced from the war zone;
- Women’s renaissance: helping women understand themselves;
- FIRST KYIV FESTIVAL OF CHILDREN’S POWERS.
