Youth Flow Academy

This is an educational organization focused on developing skills for children and adolescents for real life and the future. In an interesting game format, the Academy’s instructors train decision-making skills in the face of uncertainty. The program includes solving business cases, participating in business games, mastering theoretical and practical information, visiting well-known companies, and master classes with the best speakers.

Based on the research and assumptions reported after World Economic Forum 2023, the programs are developing youth in such areas as financial literacy, strong thinking, emotional intelligence, and creating such skills as:

  • critical and system thinking;
  • project management;
  • creativity;
  • cross-sector mindset;
  • analytical thinking;
  • curiosity and lifelong learning.

Mission:

Key aspects of the academy’s mission and goals include preparing children for independent life, shaping successful personalities oriented towards goal achievement and efficient resource utilization, promoting progressive thinking, and aiding in the conscious selection of professions.

Goals:

  • Preparing children for an independent life.
  • Provision of progressive thinking (systematic, multi-cultural, creative).
  • Formation of conscious choice of profession.
  • Formation of a successful person’s personality – orientation towards goal achievement, ability to find a solution to any situation, using resources as efficiently as possible.
